CNC Punching Service
Our CNC Punching Service is provided by an Amada AC2510 NT. The turret is equipped with a 45 station tool holder and a bed size of 2500mm x 1250mm. An added feature allows for auto repositioning of up to 5000mm. We are able to punch mild steel ranging in thickness from 0.5mm - 3mm.
With a wide selection of punch tools we are able to offer a cost effective alternative to laser cutting in thin gauge material.
Trained Operators
Our trained operators ensure that each sheet produces the maximum number of accurate parts with minimum wastage.
Delivery
Service includes delivery. We service all parts of KZN (KwaZulu-Natal) including Pinetown, Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Richards Bay, Newcastle & Port Shepstone.
