Mission

Our mission at Process Steel and Tube (Pty) Ltd is simple: To provide High-Quality Service & Parts for our valued clients.

Through open communication and exceptional service, we trust we will accommodate to all your steel processing requirements.

History

Process Steel and Tube (Pty)Ltd was established in July 1998 and operated from small premises in  Pinetown, Kwazulu Natal where we specialised in guillotining steel blanks for the Automotive, Appliance and General Industry.

During 2003 we moved to our own larger premises in Westmead where we currently have close to 3000sq metres of floor area at our disposal. This is covered by seven overhead cranes ranging from 2 to 10ton lifting capacity. Added to our handling facility we have two forklifts of 3 and 5ton respectively.

ISO 9001 SABS certification was achieved in 2007 which has been maintained and upheld. Our current certification held is ISO 9001:2015.

In 2007 we introduced our first laser to our Service Centre which allowed us to expand our services to the market.

Machinery

We currently operate:

• 3 x CNC Laser Cutting Machines
• 1 x CNC Punching Machine
• 4 x CNC Press Brakes (Bending Machines)
• 2 x Deburring Machine
• 2 x Guillotines

Service

Our service includes delivery by a fleet of three trucks ranging from a 3ton to 14ton. Daily deliveries are done to Pietermaritzburg and twice weekly to Richards Bay.
